内燃机冷却水腔内沸腾传热数值模型研究

         

摘要

It is difficult to apply the traditional boiling models in CFD analysis inside the cooling gallery of internal combustion engine duo to the limitation of adaption and calculation accuracy. A new boiling heat transfer numerical model with the calibrated factor is proposed based on Kandlikar's division description method. The model can be applied directly in predicting the flow boiling heat transfer in the geometrically complex cooling gallery, since no geometry-dependent parameters are required. In addition, the predicted heat fluxes by various models are compared against experimental data obtained in a cooling gallery simulator passage. The results show that the new model with calibrated factor can accurately predict the wall heat flux in the simulator passage over wide operation conditions, and calibrated model gives the highest calculation accuracy in the calculation.%传统的沸腾传热模型用于内燃机冷却水腔内换热强度的计算时受到两点限制,即适用性与计算精度的限制.基于Kandlikar的分区方法,提出了一种新的带修正因子的沸腾传热数值模型,该模犁不包含任何几何相关的参数,因此它可以直接用于复杂冷却水腔内过冷沸腾传热的计算.另外,基于冷却水腔模拟通道内的试验数据对各模型的计算结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,在新模型中引入修正因子可以在宽广的工况范围内准确地预测模拟通道内的沸腾传热量,且标定后的新模型用于冷却水腔模拟通道内的计算精度最高.
