重载铁路64m下承式钢桁梁桥运营性能研究

         

摘要

Railways are just like the main artery of the national economy. With the increase of the axle load and the carrying ca- pacity of the main-line trains,more and more adverse effects are exerted on railway bridges of the heavy-duty railways, such as the horizontal amplitude being too large, the increase of the impact of vibration, etc. , which seriously affect the safe-operation performance of the railway bridges. With the 64-m through steel truss bridge of the upgoing line of the Shuo-Huang Railway as the object of our research, through the operational performance tests, a study is made of the safe-operation performance of the steel bridges under the action of different load types and different driving speeds, upon the basis of which it is found that, under the action of the running train loads, the horizontal amplitude of the steel truss, the mid-span lateral acceleration, the mid-span dynamic deflection and the strain of the mid-span force rods all tend to increase with the increase of the train loads;when the train is running with a speed of about 66 km/h,the dynamic response of the steel truss beam reaches the maximum, the relevant conclusions from which provide a scientific basis for the management and maintenance of steel truss bridges of heavy-duty railways.%铁路是国民经济的大动脉,随着我国重载铁路干线列车的轴重以及载运量的增加,给铁路桥梁带来越来越多的不利影响,如横向振幅过大、冲击振动加剧等,严重影响了铁路桥梁的安全运营性能。以朔黄铁路上行线64m下承式钢桁梁为研究对象,通过运营性能试验,研究钢桁梁在不同荷载类型和不同行车速度作用下的安全运营性能,得到:在运营列车荷载作用下,该钢桁梁横向振幅、跨中横向加速度、跨中动挠度和跨中受力杆件动应变均随着列车荷载的增大呈增大趋势;列车速度υ=66km/h左右时,钢桁梁动力响应达到最大值。相关结论为重载铁路钢桁梁的维护管理提供科学依据。
