现代职业教育体系构建中的校园文化建设探析--以山东旅游职业学院为例

Construction of modern vocational education system in the new period of development goal of China vocational education. Modern Vocational Education System Should is an organic unity of outward and inward dimension, not the other favoritism. We are concerned about the extension and expansion of modern vocational education at the same time, enhance the connotation should be given adequate attention, to achieve structural optimization and quality improvement in parallel. Culture is an important factor to enhance the connotation, for shaping the characteristics of modern vocational education plays a fundamental role and significance must attach great importance. Taking Shandong Tourism College as an example, the concept of modern vocational education system in the process of building the construction of campus culture connotation, paths and practices were discussed.%构建现代职业教育体系是新时期中国职业教育的发展目标。现代职业教育体系构建应是外向维度和内向维度的有机统一，不能顾此失彼、厚此薄彼。我们在关注现代职业教育外延扩张的同时，应该对内涵提升给予足够的重视，实现结构优化与质量提升同步发展。文化建设是内涵提升的重要因素，对于塑造现代职业教育特色具有基础性的作用和意义，必须高度重视。本文以山东旅游职业学院为例，对现代职业教育体系构建过程中的校园文化建设的理念、内涵、路径和做法进行了探讨。
