典型烤烟产区初烤烟叶表面细胞形态特征分析

摘要

In order to investigate the surface cell morphological characteristics of flue-cured leaves and their differences between growing areas in China, the surface microscopic images of C3F cured leaves collected from different typical growing areas were obtained by SEM, the area, perimeter and shape factor of cell were quantitatively analyzed with software and their relationships with appearance quality of cured leaves were discussed. The results showed that: 1) The surface cell morphology of cured leaves from different areas obviously differed and presented some regional specialities. The leaves from Guangdong and Fujian presented significantly larger cell area with relatively irregular cell shape; the surface cell of Liaoning and Henan leaves was relatively regular in shape, however the cell of Liaoning leaves was obviously smaller but more crispate, while the cell of Henan leaves was relatively larger but less crispate. The cell of Yunnan and Guizhou leaves was moderate in size, and the cell of Guizhou leaves was relatively irregular in shape. The cell of Sichuan and Hubei leaves was relatively smaller, and moderately regular in shape. 2) Cell area and perimeter correlated extremely significantly or significantly negatively with scores of leaf structure and oil, and cell shape was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the score of leaf body.%为了解我国烤烟表面细胞形态特征及差异,选择典型产区相同等级(C3F)的初烤烟叶,采用扫描电镜获取烟叶表面微观图像,利用软件量化分析了细胞面积、周长、形状因子等指标,初步探讨了其与外观品质的关系.结果表明:①不同产区烟叶表面细胞形态特征差异明显并呈一定的区域变化规律,广东和福建采样点烟叶的细胞面积明显较大,细胞形状相对不规则;辽宁和河南采样点烟叶细胞形状相对规则,但辽宁采样点烟叶细胞面积明显较小,细胞褶皱感(凹凸感)较强,而河南采样点烟叶细胞面积相对偏大,褶皱感较弱;云南和贵州采样点烟叶细胞面积相对中等,贵州采样点烟叶细胞形状相对不规则;四川和湖北采样点烟叶细胞面积相对偏小,细胞形状规则程度中等.②细胞面积和周长与叶片结构和油分分值呈显著或极显著负相关,细胞形状规则程度与身份分值呈极显著负相关.
