滚刀式切丝机切丝刀切削角度分析

         

摘要

For finding out preferable cutting angles of blades and improving cutting quality of tobacco cutter,the cutting angle of blade, forming process of chipping and effects of cutting angle on cutting quality were analyzed with a theoretical model about cutting angle of blade which was developed on the working principle of rotary guillotine cutter and by referring to the research approaches of metal and wood cutting theories. The validation was conducted by taking the knife drums in SQ34 series and SQ3 series horizontal rotary guillotine cutter as objects. The results showed that: the cutting angle of cutting drum with straight blade was 24° and that of cutting drum with curved blade ranged from 22° to 28°. For stem cutter, cutting drum with horizontal curved blades would offer better cutting quality. The experimental results basically agreed with the analysis results.%为合理地选取切丝刀切削角度,提高切丝机切丝质量,根据滚刀式切丝机的工作原理,借鉴金属及木材切削理论的研究方式,通过建立切丝刀切削角度的理论模型,分析了切丝刀的切削角度、切屑的形成过程,以及各切削角度在切削过程中对切丝质量的影响.以SQ34系列和SQ3系列水平滚刀式切丝机刀辊为对象进行了验证,结果表明,直刃刀辊的切削角为24°,曲刃刀辊的切削角在22~28°之间,切削角δ都小于30°;烟梗切丝采用水平曲刃刀辊效果较好.该实验结果与理论分析结果基本一致.
