烟草靶斑病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)粗毒素的生物活性及理化性质

             

摘要

To reveal the pathogenic mechanism of tobacco target spot disease (Rhizoctonia solani, R. solani), the toxin of R. solani was isolated and purified, method of determining the biological activity of the toxin and the physical and chemical properties of the toxin were studied. The results showed that the toxin was obtainable by isolation and purification, it could damage detached leaf, inhibit seed germination and radicel growth and cause seedling wilt. Puncturing inoculation on detached leaf was a more suitable method for determining the biological activity of the toxin. The toxin is tolerant to heat and light exposure and relatively storable, it is a polar compound, and its active substance is nonprotein.%为揭示烟草靶斑病菌毒素的致病机理,进行了烟草靶斑病菌毒素的分离、纯化和生物活性测定方法及理化特性研究.结果表明:经分离纯化获得了烟草靶斑病菌的毒素.该毒素可以损伤离体叶片,抑制种子萌发和胚根的生长,并且可致使幼苗萎蔫,离体叶片针刺法最适宜毒素的生活性测定.烟草靶斑病菌毒素具有热与光稳定性,较耐储藏,是一类极性化合物,活性物属非蛋白类物质.
