对天津海滨人民医院全体职工健康体检结果资料进行统计分析，以了解职工的身体健康状况，为有效采取预防保健和干预措施提供依据。收集医院2013年1,480名职工健康体检资料，对体检结果进行统计分析。总体患病率从高到低为：高脂血(52.98%)、高血压(11.69%)、肝功能异常(8.78%)、脂肪肝(7.23%)、高血糖(5.54%)、心肌缺血(4.66%)等，具有40岁以上人群检出率高并且男性明显高于女性的特点。提出医院职工患病率日趋增加，医院应加强职工健康教育，提高职工自我保健意识，坚持定期体检，有针对性地采取预防保健措施，全面提高职工的身体健康水平。%A statistical analysis was performed on physical examination results of all staffs in Tianjin Haibin People’s Hospital to learn about their physical conditions to provide basis for preventive healthcare and intervention measures. In the paper,1,480 staffs’ physical exam documents in 2013 were collected for the analysis. The total disease preva-lence includes hyperlipidemia(52.98%) , high blood pressure(11.69%) , abnormal liver function(8.78%) , fatty liver(7.23%),high blood sugar(5.54%),myocardial ischemia(4.66%)and etc. The detection rate of population above 40 years old was higher,with the male exceeding the female. The paper proposed that the disease prevalence rate of hospital staffs is increasing,therefore hospitals should strengthen the health education for staffs to raise their awareness of self healthcare,periodically carry out physical examinations and take preventive healthcare measures to improve the health conditions of the staffs.
