中学女教师326例健康体检结果分析与保健对策

摘要

Objective:To understand the health status and distribution of diseases in women of female teachers in middle school of Tai'an area,to provide a basis for the implementation of comprehensive intervention.Methods:We analyzed the physical examination data of 326 female teachers in middle school in nearly 3 years.Results:221(67.79%) patients had different degrees of diseases,and the first 3 diseases were chronic cervicitis,vaginitis and uterine fibroids.Conclusion:The gynecological diseases of female teachers were diverse,and it was closely related to age,family history,life style and work characteristics.We should pay close attention to women's health,carry out targeted health intervention to ensure the health of female teachers.%目的：了解泰安地区某中学女教师健康状况和女性疾病分布情况，为实施综合干预提供依据。方法：分析近3年326例中学女教师健康体检资料。结果：221例(67.79%)患不同程度疾病，排在前3位的分别是慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤。结论：女性教师妇科疾病呈多样性，与年龄、家族史、生活方式及工作性质密切相关。应高度关注女性健康，针对性开展健康干预，确保女性教师身心健康。
