母语与二语习得研究是当前外语教学理论与实践的焦点问题。本文从认知的角度来对母语习得/二语习得加以分析。并明确的指出:一是二语习得中,由于年龄增长,大脑神经的可塑性消失,因此,“关键期”随之消失。二是在二语习得过程中,母语对其具有强大的“迁移”作用。% More focuses of foreign language teaching theory and practice are on acquisition. In this article, the author gives an analysis of Mother Language Acquisition and Second Language Acquisition from the prospect of cognitive. The author explicitly points out that 1) During the process of Second Language Acquisition, the plasticity of the brain nerves would lose due to the growth of age. Therefore,“Critical Period”would disappear. 2) Mother language would have an great impact on Second Language Acquisition,which is known as“transfer”.
