民国时期广东小学教师经济待遇研究

摘要

Guangdong primary school teachers' economic treatment during the period of Republic of China to make ends meet and even subsistence. This situation have close relationship with modern Guangdong's political, economic,cultural and military factors,and caused a great loss of primary school teachers,seriously affected the development of basic education and the stability of teachers during the period of the Republic of China in Guangdong that brought indelible damage to Guangdong modern religious education .%民国时期广东小学教师的经济待遇每况愈下，甚至入不敷出而难以维持生计。这种状况的形成同近代广东的政治、经济、文化和军事等因素有密不可分的关系，并且造成了小学教师人才的大量流失，严重影响了民国时期广东基础教育的发展和教师队伍的稳定，给近代广东教育带来了难以磨灭的伤害。
