山西省女硕士择业行为研究--基于理性选择理论的视角

摘要

择业行为是个人在社会各行各业中找到自己感兴趣、愿意长期坚持的一种职业的过程。刚从学校毕业的学生普遍希望选择一种薪水高、待遇好、符合个人兴趣的职业，而事实上往往事与愿违。本文在对山西省女硕士研究生择业行为特点进行总结的基础上，从科尔曼理性选择理论角度解释山西省高校女硕士研究生择业行为，具体可以从微观的行动者个人、中观的行动系统状况、宏观的规范与社会制度三个维度来进行概括。%choosing a career is make a choice from various industries in society .students who have just graduated from school generally want to choose a high salary,good treatment and conform to the personal interest of profession, and in fact it is often backfire. in this paper ,writer summarized the characteristics of Female graduate master’s choosing a career who will graduated in Shanxi Province ,the will explain the behavior of their from the perspective of Coleman rational choice theory .specific microscopic actors from individuals,medium action system,macroscopic social system and standardize the three dimensions to generalize.
