蓄热调温纤维用DA@PMMA相变微胶囊的制备及表征

         

摘要

Due to the phase change temperature (about 22 ℃) of n- dodecyl alcohol (DA) was in the com?fortable temperature range (18~28 ℃) of human body, it was selected as the core material, and polymethyl?methacrylate (PMMA) as wall material, DA@PMMA phase change microcapsules was prepared by in- situ po?lymerization method. The morphologies, particle size distribution, chemical composition, thermal and compres?sive properties of resulted microcapsules was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), laser parti?cle size analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and compression ma?chine, respectively. It was found that the mean particle size of microcapsules was about 1.232 μm. The sur?face of DA@PMMA microcapsules was smooth and compact. The range of phase change temperature of DA@PMMA microcapsules was 18.7~25 ℃. In addition, their phase change enthalpy was up to 92.3 J/g and the encapsulation efficiency was 84.7%. DA@PMMA microcapsules had good resistance to pressure, which was suitable to prepare thermo- regulating fibre.%基于正十二醇(DA)相变温度(约22℃)处于人体最佳舒适温度18~28℃范围内,采用DA为相变芯材,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为包封壁材,通过原位聚合法制备蓄热调温纺织品纤维用DA@PMMA相变微胶囊,并对相变微胶囊的形貌、粒径分布、热性能及抗压性进行表征.结果表明:DA@PMMA相变微胶囊粒径分布集中于1.232μm附近;壁材表面光滑致密;相变温度为18.7~25℃,热焓值为92.3 J/g,芯材包封率为84.7%,且具有较好的抗压性;可用于制备蓄热调温纺织品纤维.
