哈尔滨市冰雪旅游客源市场分析

         

摘要

In order to make a further research on the tourist market, we marked a survey and found that the tourist market of Harbin ice and snow tourism has its own characters. It can be divided into three classes, and the male tourists are more than females, their ages concentrate between 25 and 44 years old. Most of them are the managers with high educated. A lot of tourists come to Harbin with the purpose of sightseeing and vacation. They know more about the destination though television or network and they spend more on shopping and visiting the attractions. So we suggest that products of Harbin ice and snow should be diversified and add more activities during the night. On the other side, the government should control the price and manage tourism distribu-tion center and travel agency. According to different levels we should take different strategies. We hope this study can provide the scientific basis for Harbin ice and snow tourism further development.%  本文对哈尔滨冰雪旅游客源市场进行了抽样调查,统计研究发现,客源市场在空间结构上可划分为三级市场;游客基本特征表现为男性多于女性,年龄集中在25~44岁,以企事业白领阶层为主,学历水平较高;旅游行为上以观光游览、休闲度假为目的的自助游为主,游客获取信息的渠道多为电视与网络,消费结构上购物、游览占主体。针对这些特征本文提出了在产品开发中注重多元化,增加夜间文娱活动;价格上适当控制各景点门票;加大对旅游集散中心和旅行社的管理;针对各级市场采取不同促销手段等建议,以期为哈尔滨冰雪旅游客源市场的进一步发展提供科学依据。
