城乡统筹背景下的农村土地流转机制分析

摘要

Deepening urban and rural overall development is an inevitable demand for advancing reform and development in new era. Gradually establishing and improving circulation mechanism of rural land provides strong guarantee for easing conflicts existed in urban and rural overall development and improving rural produc-tion and management situation. This thesis conducts an analysis on restrictions in current rural land circulation mechanism under urban and rural overall development. In addition, discussion is carried on reform strategies for deepening rural land circulation mechanism in the context of urban and rural overall development as well. With a purpose of strengthening awareness towards rural land circulation mechanism, this thesis provides some references for future researches in fields concerning rural land circulation mechanism, which helps to deepen reform and development of ru-ral land circulation mechanism in China.%深化城乡统筹发展，是新时期推进改革发展的必然需求。而逐步建立健全农村土地流转机制，是当前缓解城乡统筹发展矛盾，改善农村生产经营状况的有力保障。本文分析了城乡统筹背景下现行农村土地流转机制的局限性，并在此基础之上，论述了城乡统筹背景下深化土地流转机制的改革策略。本文旨在强化对农村土地流转机制的认识，并为今后相关领域之研究提供一定的参考资料，深化我国农村土地流转机制的改革发展。
