Analysis on the Willingness of Agricultural Labor to be Employed and Its Influencing Factors at the Background of Rural Land Transfer on Large Scale

Nowadays, at the background of rural land transfer on large scale, agricultural labors play an important role in releasing the employment pressure of rural surplus labors and satisfying the needs of scale businesses. Based on the sample of households in Heilongjiang province, the willingness of agricultural labors employed and its influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic Regressive Model. The results showed that gender, age, whether households had relatives of labors engaged in agriculture and the proportion of the agricultural income in family had positive impacts on the willingness of agricultural labors employed. and the educational level, whether farmers had non-agricultural skills and work locations expected by farmers had negative impacts on the willingness of agricultural labors employed.
