电信运营商的SDH设备退网策略分析

Based on the demand of energy saving and emission reduction and the present situation of transport network in somewhere, this paper analyses the problem of repeat coverage and resources occupation. Then we describe the model of each specifi c scene about SDH logout, point out the questions arising in SDH cutting with operation and disposal of assets, and thus gives corresponding polices and suggestions.%本文从节能减排的要求和某地传送网现状入手，分析了现网中传输设备重复覆盖和资源占用的问题。对何种设备应该怎样退网，本文分场景给出了建议，并在退网中业务割接和资产处理方面提出了需要注意的事宜。
