LTE业务快速发展对运营商网络的容量规划工作提出了全新挑战，本文给出了一种基于区域栅格的容量规划方法，对不同区域的用户行为进行差异化分析，并加入了四网协同对容量规划方案的考量，以提升方案的全面性和准确性；最后对规划方案落地时的四网协同策略也做了针对性分析。%The rapid development of LTE services presented a new challenge on capacity planning work. This paper promoted a new method for capacity planning based on regional grids, which distinguished different user behaviour and took into account the synergy of the four networks, in order to improve the accuracy. And finally, targeted analysis was made to support the network construction.
