基于图像分析技术的不同压实方法沥青混合料级配变化特征研究

         

摘要

This paper calculates percentage of flat-elongated particles,degree of degradation of gradation and ratio of arrangement consistency of aggregate by means of image processing technique (IPT),and compares them with actual measurement and on-site core-drilling samples so as to evaluate compaction effects of 2 different compaction methods in laboratory. The paper compares compacted samples in laboratory after extraction and screening with mixing gradation on construction site via image processing technique and finds out that the Marshal compaction method is easier to cause degradation of aggregate gradation than the spin-compacted gradation method(SCG).Therefore,the revolving compaction method is better to simulate on-site pavement and compaction.%利用图像分析技术(IPT)计算集料针片状含量、级配降级程度以及集料排列一致性比率,并将其与实际量测和现场钻芯试件相比较,借以评估2种不同实验室压实方式的压实效果.将实验室压实试件经抽提筛分后与工地拌和级配通过图像分析技术进行比较,发现马歇尔击实法比旋转压实法(SCG)更易造成集料级配降级.因此,旋转压实方式更能模拟现场摊铺碾压的情况.
