基于数字图像处理技术的沥青混合料级配检测方法

         

摘要

The gradation of asphalt mixture has a great influence on the road performance .Based on the digital image processing technology , the asphalt mixture gradation detection method is improved .The digital image of as-phalt mixture Marshall sample was obtained by CT scanning technique .And the image was denoised , enhanced and segmented .on this basis, the image is classified by pseudo three dimension .The results show that the error correc-tion can make the detected gradation curve and design grading curve closer , when the aggregate diameters are grea-ter than 2.36 mm.This can improve the recognition accuracy , and makes the error less than 5%, to meet the needs of engineering .It can be used to observe the inner microstructure and avoid the damage to the specimen that the method of using CT technology to obtain the image of asphalt mixture .So it is feasible to study its macro proper-ties%沥青混合料中级配对路用性能有着很大的影响,应用数字图像处理技术,对沥青混合料级配检测方法进行了改进研究.运用CT扫描技术扫描沥青混合料马歇尔试件的内部结构,获取数字图像,对获取的图像进行去噪、增强和分割等处理,在此基础上对图像进行伪三维级配识别.识别结果表明,对于直径大于2.36 mm以上的集料,通过误差修正可以使检测出的级配曲线和设计级配曲线更加接近,有效提高其识别精度.应用CT技术获取沥青混合料图像的方法,可以对其内部细观结构进行观测,并且避免了对试件造成破坏,从而可以对其宏观性能进行研究.
