基于虚拟仪器的测试技术实验平台开发

     

摘要

针对目前机械工程测试技术教学中,理论和实践不能有机结合的现状,提出通过创新实验,以软件代替硬件为理念,设计开发一套基于Labview的信号采集分析处理的虚拟仪器,仪器以电脑自身带有的声卡为数据采集卡,通过采集声音信号,与软件本身可以开发的各种激励信号一起,进行信号的数据采集与处理,利用该实验平台,可形象地实现信号的频谱分析、信号滤波等课程内的经典内容,该实验平台的开发不仅减少了实验经费,而且丰富了实验内容.%Problem oriented in mechanical engineering test teaching at present, theory can't combining with practice organically at present. A set of Virtual Instrument based on Labview is developed through creative experiment which is based on the idea of using softwares in substitution of hardwares. Instruments use sound card carried by computer itself as data acquisition card, data acquisition and processing is realized by collection of sound signal together with various excitation signals which are developed by software. Classical content of courses such as spectrum analysis, signal filtering can be realized vividly by this platform. The development of experimental platforms, not only reduce the experimental expenditure, but also enriche the experimental content.
