交联生产线储线器恒张力系统分析和设计

摘要

本文介绍交联生产线储线器张力控制原理,提出了控制电机电流的数学表达式及在此基础上构成的张力控制系统.%In this paper, a new concept of the tension control system of CCV line's accumulator is described. The mathematical expression is given based on the motor current control. The hardware and software designs of the tension control system are presented in the paper.
