传统的自动铆接机使用人工手动方式将铆钉送入铆孔,在实际铆接过程中,人工送钉具有不安全和效率低等缺点.基于PMAC对铆接机的送钉功能进行智能化改造,需要添加自动送钉机和送钉到位检测传感器等辅助设备,并设计专用的铆接头用以出钉,还需进行二次开发以实现自动化控制.经过改造后的送钉功能,在安全性、效率和钻铆一体化程度上都有大幅提升,可更广泛地应用于航空、航天等领域.%Traditional automatic riveting machine sends rivet to rivet hole manually,in the actual process of riveting,the way has faults like low safety and efficiency.Based on PMAC,to upgrade rivet-feeding intelligently on riveting machine,adding some other auxiliary equipment is needed,just like automatical-sending-nail machine and position-checking sensor,and design special rivet head to eject the nail,and do the secondary development to realize automatic control.After the modification of the rivet-feeding function,the safety,efficiency and degree of integration of drilling and riveting is improved,can be more widely used in aviation,aerospace and other fields.
