Objective Explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with dexamethasone treating sudden deafness, provide reliable reference for clinical treatment experience. Methods Randomly selected 102 cases of sudden deafness patients in hospital ENT doctor from February 2015 to February 2016, .Compared two groups of patients with the therapeutic effect and safety. Results Observation group were cured 27 cases, effective in 16 cases, 8 patients; 21 patients in the control group of patients markedly effective in 16 cases, 14 cases. Observation group total effective rate was 84.31%, significantly higher than 72.55%, and the observed incidence of adverse reactions group (11.76%) was sig-nificantly lower than the control group (5.88%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hy-perbaric oxygen combined with dexamethasone treatment of sudden deafness can effectively improve the clinical symp-toms and improve the patient′s hearing level and high security, clinical results are very satisfactory.%目的：探究高压氧联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果，为临床治疗提供可靠的借鉴经验。方法随机选取2015年2月一2016年2月来该院耳鼻喉科就诊的102例突发性耳聋患者，将所有患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组51例。该研究中给予对照组地塞米松常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合高压氧进行治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果和安全性进行观察和分析。结果观察组显效27例，有效16例，无效8例；对照组显效21例，有效16例，无效14例，观察组临床总有效率为84.31%明显高于对照组72.55%且观察组不良反应发生率(11.76%)明显低于对照组(5.88%)，差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高压氧联合地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋可以有效的改善患者的临床症状，提高患者的听力水平且安全性较高，临床治疗效果理想。
