预见性护理在突发性耳聋患者高压氧治疗中的应用效果

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 94 sudden deafness patients with hyperbaric oxygen treatment were randomly divided into observation group (n=47) and control group (n=47). Both groups were treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with predictive nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and satisfactory degree toward nursing were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 91.5% (43/47) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 74.5% (35/47) in the control group (P0.05). The satisfactory degree toward nursing was 93.6% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 70.2% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Application of predictive nursing in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of patients with sudden deafness can increase the clinical efficacy and satisfactory degree toward nursing, so it is worthy of popularization.
