汽车内饰聚丙烯材料VOC产生和自然衰减研究

     

摘要

通过检测汽车内饰材料在室温(25℃)条件下放置不同时间后的VOC浓度得出VOC的衰减规律.材料中的甲苯、甲醛和乙醛都可以衰减至约20μ g/m3,但呈现衰减速率随不同材料而异.进而分析了甲苯、TVOC、甲醛、乙醛等物质的衰减规律差异性:苯类VOC的衰减速率要小于醛类VOC的衰减速率,而醛类中的乙醛衰减速率要大于甲醛的衰减速率.该研究为后续低VOC车用内饰材料的开发以及VOC加速衰减的研究提供参考.%In this paper,the attenuation law of VOC is obtained by measuring the attenuation of VOC in the interior decoration materials at room temperature (25 ℃).The content of toluene,formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the material can be reduced to about 20μg/m3 and the decay rate varies with different materials.The attenuation differences among toluene,TVOC,formaldehyde and acetaldehyde have been analyzed.The decay rate of the benzenetype VOC is less than aldehyde-type VOC,and the decay rate of acetaldehyde is greater than that of formaldehyde.The above research provides a reference for the following research on the development of low VOC interior materials of automobile and the research of VOC acceleration attenuation.
