采精频率对藏猪种公猪精液品质的影响

摘要

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of semen collection frequency on Tibetan boar se-men quality. In this study, selected 20 healthy Tibetan boars for 3~5 years, randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 pigs in each group. 1 time in essence every 2 days of group I, 2 consecutive days of fine and rest for 1 day of groupⅡ, 3 consecutive days of fine and rest for 1 day of groupⅢ, 1 day of fine and rest for 2 days of groupⅣ. Harvest time are in the morning 9:00, for 2 months. The test was repeated 3 times. The results show that, sperm density, sperm motility, superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content in seminal plasma, from high to low was groupⅣ, groupⅠgroupⅡand groupⅢ. Indicates that under the conditions of this test extract 1 time, rest 2 days, and then extract 1 time, best semen quality of Tibetan boars.%为研究采精频率对藏猪种公猪精液品质的影响，选择3～5岁健康藏猪种公猪20头，随机分为4组，每组5头。试验Ⅰ组隔日采精1次；试验Ⅱ组连续2d采精，休息1d，再连续2d采精；试验Ⅲ组连续3d采精，休息1d，再连续3d采精；试验Ⅳ组采精1次，休息2d，再采精1次。采精时间均为早上9：00，持续2个月。试验重复3次。结果显示，精子密度、精子活力、精浆超氧化物歧化酶活力和丙二醛含量，从高到低依次均为试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组。说明在本试验条件下，试验Ⅳ组，即采精1次，休息2 d，再采精1次，藏猪公猪精液品质最好。
