飞行器燃油系统气动热试验与数值分析研究

         

摘要

气动加热与结构热传递耦合问题在航空航天领域非常重要.指出耦合性在试验与分析过程中的必要性.针对存在的耦合性,阐述了将结构热试验和气动加热计算相结合,提出模拟全弹道的全方程热流密度控制方法,实现气动热分析与热试验相耦合的试验控制.为飞行器燃油系统的气动加热和结构热响应耦合分析提供了一个解决思路,同时为结构热试验热载荷条件的制定提出了新的方法,对应用复杂防热结构的飞行器的气动热分析和结构热试验具有重要的意义.数值仿真结果与试验结果进行了对比,两者吻合得较好.%The coupling problems of aeroheating and solid heating are very important in aerospace. The necessity of coupling is emphasized in the problem of aeroheating. To the existent coupling, based on thermo-structural experiment, aeroheating analysis was combined with thermal test, a new experimental control method which comes true the coupling between aeroheating analysis and thermal test is described. It applies a new method for coupling analysis of aeroheating and thermal response, and for instituting heating load conditions of thermo-structural experiment. This method is important to aero-heating analysis and thermo-structural experiment for any aerocraft with duplicate heat insulation structures. At last, the test method is validated by the numerical analysis.
