The dynamic characteristic of a pneumatically Latch-valve in dynamic environment such as random vibration and shock was analyzed by experiment and simulation, and the influences of different factors are discussed in this paper. Calculation and analysis results indicate that the pressure of control, the level of random vibration and the direction of shock is the most important affection factor on Latch-valve performance. Increase pilot valve spring load or decrease the pilot valve pneumatic pressure drop will benefit the reliability of latch-valve .Experiments have validated the effectiveness of the model.%通过建立数学模型和数值仿真,研究了一种航天器用气体自锁阀在飞行过程中的振动和冲击力学环境下的工作特性,讨论了不同力学条件对自锁阀工作过程的影响,并进行了试验验证。研究表明:自锁阀受导阀控制气压力、随机振动量级和冲击方向的影响较大。采取增大导阀复位弹簧力、降低导阀排气通道流阻等措施有利于提高自锁阀在随机振动和冲击力学环境下的工作可靠性。试验结果证明了该研究方法的有效性。
