电磁阀密封件断裂失效分析及改进

     

摘要

应用宏观形貌分析、微观形貌分析和有限元仿真分析方法,对电磁阀动密封件断裂问题进行失效机理分析.研究结果表明:电磁阀动密封件无有效支撑,在高压下受到过大应力导致密封件疲劳断裂.依据分析结果对密封件提出了改进措施,可有效提高电磁阀产品使用的可靠性.%The fracture fault of solenoid valve's seal was analyzed using the observation of macro-morphology, the observation of micro morphology and the Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Based on the analysis result, the replicate test was carried. The results indicated that with no underlay and primary stress is the major factor for the fracture failure of the solenoid valve's seal. The improvement measures were proposed for the solenoid valve's seal. These measures can improve the reliability of the solenoid valve.
