金线莲化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究概述

摘要

OBJECTIVE To sum up the research information of Anocetochilus roxburghii from chemical consti-tutents ,pharmacological action and clinical applications and to provide a foundation for further research.METHODS The related literature was reviewed.RESULTS Anocetochilus roxburghii contained various chemical consituents , and showed the effect of antitumor ,hypoglycemic ,hepaprotection ,anti-HBV and hypotensive.CONCLUSION Ano-cetochilus roxburghii has a good development prospect and it′s application and development should be further strengthened.%目的：对金线莲的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用进展进行综述，为金线莲的进一步开发利用提供思路。方法对相关文献进行整理。结果金线莲含有多种化学成分，包括黄酮类、多糖类、生物碱、挥发油、甾体、萜类等，具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、保肝、抗 HBV、降血压等药理活性，临床上可用于治疗2型糖尿病、老年高尿酸血症、儿科疾病等。结论金线莲具有良好的应用开发前景，应继续加强其基础与应用开发研究。
