大戟Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr.为大戟科 (Euphorbiaceae) 大戟属Euphorbia多年生草本植物, 根入药, 别称京大戟, 主要含萜、鞣质、酚酸、黄酮等.具有抗癌、泻下、抗炎等生物活性, 同时兼具一些毒性.现代中医临床常用于多种原因引起的水肿等症, 是天然产物化学和临床科研工作者共同关注的重要药用植物之一.本文收集并分析了从1996年首次对其研究至今的国内外书籍和文献, 从化学成分和生物活性两个方面, 对药用大戟的研究进展进行了详细阐释.%Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr. is a perennial herb which belongs to genus Euphorbia (Euphorbiaceae). The dried root, named by Jing Daji, used as a traditional Chinese medicine, mainly contains terpenoids, flavonoids, tannins, phenolic acids, etc. As a poisonous medicinal plant, E. pekinensis shows active effects, like anti-cancer, diuresis, anti-inflammatory effects. It has been widely used clinically for the treatment of hydrothorax caused by various diseases. It's the hotspot of both chemists and clinical reasearchers in resent years. The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of E. pekinensis are summarized in this review according to literatures home and abroad from 1996 till now.
