广东阳江产仙人草挥发油化学成分研究

摘要

The volatile oil was extracted by the method of ultrasound-assisted hydro-distillation from Mesona Chinensis Benth and the chemical constituents were identified by the GC-MS.The experiment results show:37 con-stituents were identified from the volatile oil ,which accounted for 90.20%of the total extraction.Most chemical com-positions in the Mesona Chinensis Benth are very beneficial to health ,such as 3-Allyl-6-methoxyphenol ,n-Hexade-canoic acid ,alpha-Cadinol ,Caryophyllene ,Caryophyllene oxide ,which contents reached 5%over.%采用超声波辅助水蒸气蒸馏方法提取阳江产仙人草（Mesona chinensis Benth）中的挥发油，用气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）方法对其成分进行分析鉴定。实验结果说明，从挥发油中分离和鉴定出37种成分，占总峰面积的90.20％。其中含有丰富的对人体健康有益的化学成分，如 O-丁子香酚、n-棕榈酸、alpha-毕橙茄醇、反式-石竹烯、石竹烯氧化物等，含量均在5％以上。
