高效液相色谱法测定维生素B1片的含量

摘要

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定维生素B1 片的含量. 方法 采用 SunfireTM C18色谱柱(5.0μm,4.6mm ×150mm),柱温:25.0℃,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.02mol· L -1庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含1%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH至5.5)(9:9:82),流速:1mL· min -1,检测波长:233nm. 结果 维生素B1 在19.49μg· mL -1 ~194.9μg· mL -1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),测得平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.25%(n=9). 结论 该方法准确可靠,操作简便,可有效控制维生素B1 片的质量.%OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Vitamin B 1 Tab-lets.METHODS SunfireTM C18 column (5.0μm,4.6mm ×150mm) was used,the co1umn temperature was 25.0℃,the mobile phase was Methanol and acetonitrile-0.02 mol· L-1 heptane sodium sulfonate solution ( containing 1% triethylamine , with phosphoric acid adjusted to pH 5.5 ) ( 9:9:82 ) , The UV detection wavelength was 233nm.RESULTS The linear range was19.49μg· mL-1 ~194.9μg· mL-1(r=0.9999,n=6),the average re-coveries was 100.1%with RSD was 0.25%(n=9).CONCLUSION This method is stable,reliable and reproduci-ble.It can be used for the quality control of Vitamin B 1 tablets.
