不同产地夏枯草中总三萜及总酚酸的含量测定

摘要

OBJECTIVE To determine the total triterpenoids and total phenolic acids of Prunellae Spica collect-ed from different places.METHODS The total triterpenoids and total phenolic acids of Prunellae Spica were deter-mined by UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS The content of total triterpenoids was 1.08~5.02%and total phenol-ic acid was 1.20~6.74%.CONCLUSION Determination of total triterpenes and total phenolic acid of Prunellae Spica content by UV spectro photometer is simple,rapid and easy to be popularized,which can be reference to the quality appraisal for Prunellae Spica.%目的：测定不同产地夏枯草药材中总三萜和总酚酸的含量。方法利用紫外分光光度计测定吸光度计算总三萜和总酚酸的含量。结果不同产地夏枯草中总三萜的含量在1．08～5．02％之间，总酚酸的含量在1．20～6．74％之间。结论利用紫外分光光度计测定夏枯草中的总三萜和总酚酸含量，方法简单、快捷、易于普及，可作为制定质量标准的参考。
