舒心安神膏澄清工艺研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clarification effect of chitosan f locculation process in Shuxin Anshen paste and the feasibility to replace the wa ter extraction natural precipitation method.METHODS The effect s of the concentration of solution,pH and the amount of chitosan on the floccul ation efficiency were investigated by orthogonal test.Chitosan flocculation pro cess and water extraction natural precipitation method were compared with effect iveness of content of ferulic acid and drying rate.RESULTS The concentration of the solution had a significant effect on the flocculation effe ct.The clarifying technology of chitosan flocculation process was effective wit h higher retention rate of ferulic acid and lower drying rate.CONCLUSIO N Water extraction natural precipitation method can completely be repla ced by chitosan flocculation process for clarification of Shuxin Anshen paste an d also chitosan flocculation process has obvious advantages.%目的 考察壳聚糖絮凝工艺用于舒心安神膏的澄清效果以及替代水提自然沉降去杂法的可行性.方法 采用正交试验法考察药液浓度、药液pH值、壳聚糖加入量三个因素对絮凝效果的影响;并比较壳聚糖絮凝工艺与水提自然沉降去杂法对阿魏酸含量和干燥得率的影响.结果 药液浓度对絮凝效果有显著性影响;壳聚糖絮凝工艺阿魏酸保留率较高,干燥得率较低.结论 壳聚糖絮凝工艺完全可以替代水提自然沉降去杂工艺用于舒心安神膏的澄清,并具有明显优势.
