2007-2012 ,six cultivation key technology was carried out on fruit set ,fruit and flower thinning ,fertilization time and amount of fertiliz-er ,topping time and remained leaf number ,amount of monoclonal stay fruit and downy mildew prevention and control .The performance of the test tree fruit coloring ,fruit surface clean ,the sugar and the juice yield than conventional management increased by 2.4% ,6.3% ,tannins and acids were reduced 0.162g/L ,11.0g/L .The yield 24.3t per hectare ,increased 22.1% than conventional cultivation technology management .% 2007~2012年,进行了山葡萄新品种“雪兰红”的提高坐果率、疏果粒掐除花序尖、施肥时期和施肥量、结果枝摘心时期和结果枝摘心保留叶片数量、单株留果量和霜霉病防治等6项栽培关键技术研究。采用上述栽培关键技术管理,试验树表现果粒着色好、果面洁净,含糖和出汁率分别比常规栽培技术管理提高2.4%、6.3%,单宁和总酸分别降低0.162g/L、11.0g/L;公顷产量24.3t,比常规栽培技术管理增产22.1%。
