山葡萄新品种“雪兰红”硬枝嫁接砧木筛选的研究

Grafting study was carried on with Xuelanhong as scion and Zuoahan NO. 1 ,Shuanghong,Gongniang NO. 1,beta as rootgtock.'Ilie result showed that one year old mature branch of Beta was suitable stock, which looting rate was 67.2% and survival rate was 61.2%. Stock scion healing early,have good compatibility,high root number,high fresh weight,high survival rate.GongniangNO.l as rootstock which rooting rate was 40.6% and survival rate was 32.1% .while Shuanghong and Zuoshan NO. 1 as rootstock which rooting rate was 25.6%,stock scion do not heal well and die all after transplanted in niir^ry. Therefore, Gongniang No. l,Shuanghotig and Zuoshan No.l were not suitable for grafted rootstock.%以酿造干红山葡萄酒新品种“雪兰红”枝条做接穗,“左山一”、“双红”、“公酿一号”和“贝达”葡萄枝条做砧木进行硬枝嫁接砧木筛选试验,筛选出适宜“雪兰红”的砧木为“贝达”1年生充分成熟的枝条,其嫁接生根率、成活率分别为67.2％和61.2％,表现“砧穗”愈合早,有良好的亲和性,催根期生根条数多、根鲜重高,移栽苗圃地成活率高,出圃苗木根系多、苗蔓成熟度高,苗木质量优于其它试验处理.“雪兰红”与“公酿一号”嫁接生根率和成苗率分别为40.6％和32.1％;“雪兰红”与“双红”和“左山一”嫁接生根率平均为25.6％,“砧穗”不易愈合,移栽苗圃地后全部死亡.因此,“公酿一号”、“双红”和“左山一”的枝条不宜做雪兰红硬枝嫁接的砧木.
