鹿科动物线粒体 DNA 概述及分子进化研究进展

摘要

线粒体DNA作为理想的分子遗传标记被广泛应用于鹿科动物种群遗传分析。本文阐述了鹿科动物mtDNA结构和特点及各功能基因在鹿科动物物种识别、起源和进化、地理分化、遗传多样性等方面研究。%Mitochondrial DNA as an ideal genetic marker has been successfully used in the research of evolutionary biology and population ge-netics deer .This article was aimed at discussing the structure and feature of mtDNA in deer .Furthermore ,emphasis was put on the applications in the fields of systematic evolution ,identification and differentiation ,phylogeography ,genetic diversity .
