Mitochondria DNA, as an inheritance element, has been widely adopted in Molecular systems biology,Conservation Biology,Species identification etc. The article introduced Cervidae animal mitochondrion DNA structure characteristics,Cervidae mtDNA normal extract techniques. Mainly indicated the common method of Species identification of Cervidae based on the mtDNA order.%线粒体DNA作为一种遗传物质，被广泛的应用于分子系统生物学、保护生物学，物种鉴定学等领域。本文介绍了鹿科动物线粒体DNA的结构特征、鹿科动物mtDNA常用的提取方法，主要介绍了基于mtDNA的序列对鹿科动物物种进行鉴定的常用方法。
