凉粉草遗传多样性的SCoT和ISSR分析

     

摘要

采用SCoT和ISSR两种分子标记技术对7份凉粉草种质资源进行遗传多样性分析.结果显示:筛选出的8条SCoT引物共扩增出90个位点,多态性比率为83.33%,遗传相似系数变化范围为0.47 ~0.83;筛选的10条ISSR引物共扩增出100个位点,多态性比率为70.0%,相似系数变化范围为0.61 ~0.80.聚类分析结果显示,7份凉粉草种质资源被分为三大类,两种分子标记的分类结果基本一致,表明SCoT和ISSR两种分子标记均适用于凉粉草种质资源的遗传多样性研究.%The genetic diversity of 7 Mesona varieties was analyzed by SCoT and ISSR. The results showed that a total of 90 loci were generated by 8 SCoT primer combinations, of which 83.33 % was polymorphic and the genetic similarity ranged from 0.47 to 0.83. As for ISSR, 100 bands were generated by 10 ISSR primers, of which 70 % was polymorphic and the genetic similarity ranged from 0.61 to 0. 80. Clustering analysis indicated that 7 individuals of mesona were classified into three groups. Classification results of SCoT and ISSR were basically identical, and it revealed that the SCoT and ISSR markers could be used for analysis of genetic diversity and identification of genetic variation of Mesona chinensis.
