运用聚集度指标和Iwao回归方程对云南省昆明市某花卉基地温室香石竹不同花期、不同时间朱砂叶螨与二斑叶螨种群动态和空间分布进行测定.结果表明,朱砂叶螨和二斑叶螨同为香石竹上的主要害虫,盛花期朱砂叶螨数量占螨类总数的56%.5月中旬为叶螨的危害高峰期,叶螨的总量随温度的增减变化明显.朱砂叶螨与二斑叶螨成虫在香石竹上的空间分布格局为聚集分布,聚集度随种群密度的升高而增加,朱砂叶螨的聚集原因主要是环境因素,而二斑叶螨的聚集原因主要是环境因素和自身的习性.利用Iwao回归法计算出在允许误差范围内的理论抽样数,为田间调查取样提供有效方法,并为朱砂叶螨与二斑叶螨的预测及防治提供理论依据.%In the study,aggregate indexes and Iwao regression formulations were used to study the spatial pattern and population dynamics of Tetranychus cinnabarinus and T.urticae on Dianthus caryophyllus in greenhouse by the investigation of population of leaf mites on different florescence of carnation in a flower base of Kunming.The results showed that both T.cinnabarinus and T.urticae were the dominant pests on D.caryophyllus.T.cinnabarinus accounted for 56 % of total leaf mites in the blooming stage.The amounts of leaf mites changed obviously with the temperature increasing or decreasing,and the harm peak of leaf mites was in mid-May.The spatial distribution pattern of T.cinnabarinus and T.urticae belonged to aggregating distribution and the aggregation degree enhanced with the rise of population density,and the primary cause of T.cinnabarinus aggregation was environmental factor,but for T.urticae,the main reason was the environmental factor and their own behavior.Theoretical sampling within allowable error was calculated by α and β parameters of Iwao regression formulation,which provided an effective method for sampling and investigation,and also provided a theoretical basis for forecasting and prevention of T.cinnabarinus and T.urticae.
