本文在家庭化流动的影响因素中重点关注农地流转的作用机制,基于三类地区监测调查数据,从不同概念研究范式入手,以不同回归模型方法检验,提出并证实:农地流转之所以能促进家庭化流动,一定程度上是因为它具有务农劳力释放效应、非农收入保护效应和农地收益增进效应,这三种效应可实现家庭化流动从发端到深化的逐步推进.%Using the data of Population Migration and Its Related Factors Surveillance Survey in 3 Types of Areas (ecologically fragile areas, border areas and ethnical minorities areas) conducted by the National Population and Family Planning Commission of China, this paper focuses on the influencing mechanisms of farmland transfer on the family's migration in various research paradigms and tested by various regression models. The results show that the reasons why farmland transfer promotes the migration of a family are that farmland transfer boast of labor force releasing effect, non-agricultural income protection effect and farmland income increase effect which increasingly boost the migration of rural families.
