PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow experience support method or device for intervening a proposal or an advice to increase the flow experience of a testee. PSOLUTION: This flow experience support device is provided with: an input urging part 21 for performing display to urge a testee to input information related with his or her activity at a prescribed time; a questioning part 22 for accepting activity information configured of the activity content of the testee and a first standard discriminating the activity content based on a prescribed first attribute and reference and a second standard discriminating the activity content based on a prescribed second attribute and reference in association with display to urge the input; and a mapping part 23 for totaling the input activity information for every type of activity, and for classifying the activity information based on the first standard and the second standard for every testee. It is desired that the prescribed time is set with a time interval having irregularity. Furthermore, this flow experience support device may be provided with a visualization part 26 for visualizing and displaying the activity information classified by the mapping part 23 based on the first standard and the second standard for every testee.
