伴随我国30多年快速城镇化一度带给城乡规划行业的繁荣，而当下经济社会的新常态为城乡规划带来转型时机之宜。笔者以理性与逻辑作为审视视角，首先对我国城市规划建设中所面临的“政府-市场-社会”三元张力展开分析，对当前存在的张力失衡风险加以解析，进而提出影响着当前众多规划编制与实施过程中共识形成与行动推进的七重理性隐壑与三个关键内在驱动逻辑转变，最终从小设计到大设计与两个协同转变提出我国城乡规划设计的响应与革新建议。%AbSTRAcT The past 30 years' rapid urbanization had brought prosperity to urban and rural planning industry, while the current "new normal social economy" has created opportunity for the transformation of urban and rural planning in China. From a rational and logical perspective, the author analyzes three tensions, "the government, the market and the society", faced by urban planning development in China and further interrupts the risks of existing tension imbalance. The paper reveals seven rational traps and three key internal-driving logical conversions influencing the consensus and actions in the process of urban plan compilations and implementation. Finally, the paper, from the view of "from minor design to extensive design" and two colaborative conversions, proposes proper actions and innovative approaches for the urban and rural planning and design in China.
