古龙酸母液和北虫草废弃培养基混制有机肥对设施蔬菜和土壤肥力的影响

     

摘要

Effect of organic fertilizer mixed by residue after evaporation ( RAE) from vitamin C fermentation and north Chinese caterpillar fungus waste on greenhouse vegetable yield, soil nutrients content and microbial biomass carbon were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that applying 15. 0 ton and 30. 0 ton per hectare organic fertilizer significantly enhanced the cu-cumber yield, height and biological biomass, by 118. 79%, 91. 63%, 443. 30% and 140. 83%, 196. 32%, 736. 70% re-spectively, compared to control. Organic fertilizer application rate of 15. 0 ton and 30. 0 ton per hectare significantly increased soil total organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium by 17. 10%, 25. 97%, 37. 14%, 30. 28% and 35. 49%, 83. 37%, 42. 86%, 60. 55%, respectively. Soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and soil microbial biomass carbon were increased with the higher fertilizer rate, and their peak values was all in the cucumber blossom period, minimum values occurred in the cucumber emergence period or harvest period. These results showed fertilizer rate of 15. 0 ton and 30. 0 ton per hectare enhanced greenhouse cucumber yield and soil fertility, and peak value of soil fertility occurred in the blossom period of cucumber.%采用温室盆栽试验研究了不同用量古龙酸母液和废弃北虫草培养基制备的有机肥对设施黄瓜的增产效果及对土壤养分和微生物量碳的影响。结果表明,施肥量为15.0和30.0 t·hm-2时,黄瓜产量、株高、全株生物量分别比未施肥处理显著高出了118.79%、91.63%、443.30%和140.83%、196.32%、736.70%。15.0和30.0 t·hm-2的有机肥将土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别显著提高了17.10%、25.97%、37.14%、30.28%和35.49%、83.37%、42.86%、60.55%。土壤碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾和微生物量碳随着施肥量的增加而增大,其峰值均出现在黄瓜生长的初花期,最低值出现在拉秧期或出苗期。综上所述,15.0和30.0 t·hm-2的混制有机肥施用量能够显著提高设施黄瓜的产量和土壤肥力,土壤肥力的峰值出现在黄瓜生长的初花期。
