高校朋辈辅导员模式浅探

摘要

Facing the new situation and task,college counselors need to constantly explore new work ideas and meth-ods,including the study of counselors working mode. Peer counselor model is based on psychology and the theory of interper-sonal communication. Starting from the psychological health education for students and exploration of new model, designed to improve the efficiency of student work, this way of counselors′work provides a new train of thought for colleges and uni-versities.%面对新的形势和任务，高校辅导员的工作更加繁重，使部分辅导员产生职业倦怠感。为了增强辅导员工作的实效性，在实际的学生工作中，引入朋辈辅导员模式。朋辈辅导员自身的性质特点，决定其能够辅佐辅导员较好开展学生工作。
