文科研究生学术道德失范及教育对策∗

     

摘要

学术道德失范是近年来教育界十分关注的问题。文科研究生的学术道德失范,主要表现在学术精神缺失,学术责任感弱以及学术不端行为频发等方面。其根源在于社会环境的压力、学术评价及监督制度不完善、导师的引导力弱以及研究生自身学业倦怠等方面。要改变这种现状就必须从加强学术道德的宣传教育,完善评价监督机制,加强导师的责任感并且强化研究生的自我教育管理。%In recent years the academic moral anomie has turned out to be one of the focuses in academia, and the academic moral anomie on part of liberal arts graduate students is mainly manifested in lack of academic spirit and responsi-bility, frequent academic misconducts, and imperfect of academic assessment and supervision system, so on and so forth. It is also due to the weak guidance of the tutor and the academic burnout in graduate students. In order to solve this prob-lem, universities should strengthen the publicity and education of academic moral, improve the evaluation and supervisory mechanism, strengthen the tutor′s sense of responsibility and the graduate students′self-education.
