摩托车振动舒适性的改进

     

摘要

针对某125型摩托车整车振动舒适性较差的问题,采用模态试验和有限元仿真相结合的方法对该车车架进行改进.对改进前后整车的振动敏感部位进行了振动烈度测量和比较,结果表明:在不改动发动机和覆盖件的基础上,车架改进后,整车振动舒适性有较大幅度的提高.%This paper aimed at LF125 motorcycle with a serious vibration problem.The frame was improved by means of the combination of mode experiment and FEM simulation.The vibration intensity of the sensitive parts of the whole cycle before and after improvement were measured and compared,to insure that the vibration of the whole cycle was improved a lot without modifying the engine and slipcover.
