活塞振荡油腔的数值模拟计算

     

摘要

Oscillation heat transfer is the main heat transfer mode of the piston,which mainly depends on the flow of oil in the oscillating cavity.The fluid of oscillating gallery was meshed by ANSA.The heat transfer model of oscillating gallery was established by FLUENT dynamic mesh.The flow conditions of cooling oil in the oscillating gallery with different piston locations were analyzed and the variation laws of filling ratio and wall heat transfer coefficient with crankshaft angle were acquired.%振荡传热是活塞的主要传热方式,主要取决于机油在活塞振荡油腔的流动情况.利用前处理软件ANSA划分活塞振荡油腔分析域的网格,建立基于FLUENT动态网格层变法的活塞振荡油腔瞬态计算模型,分析机油随着曲轴转角变化在振荡油腔的流动状态及传热情况,获得了振荡油腔壁面机油分布、传热系数等参数随着曲轴转角的变化规律.
