中职学校旅游专业外出培训教师职业倦怠研究

摘要

The questionnaire and case visit on the 50 tourism teachers in the secondary vocational schools ,who are ap-pointed to train outside ,shows the different job burnout :no variation with the change of sex ,obvious variation with the change of age and part variation with education grade .%采用问卷调查和个别访谈的方法，对参加国培教育的50名中职学校旅游专业教师的职业倦怠状况进行了调查，结果表明：中职学校旅游专业外出培训教师的职业倦怠程度在性别上不存在显著差异，在年龄上存在显著差异，在学历上存在部分差异。
